Hinote, MAAAsrt. Assessor Town of Mansfield Board of Assessors Minutes Wednesday December 11, 2019 at 6:00 a.m. Assessors Office, 6 Park Row, Mansfield, MA 1. Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. 2. In attendance: Andrew Bank Dana J St James Greg Matoian Nancy Hinote (Non -voting) 3. Sign and Review Weekly Motor Vehicle Abatements. 4. Sign prior Motor Vehicle Warrants. 5. Sign FY2020 Real & Personal Property Warrants. 6. Approved the Minutes of the November 30, 2019 Meeting. MATTERS DISCUSSED AFTER THE AGENDA WAS POSTED: 7. 1 Mansfield Avenue classification error. Discussion with John Stanbrook (Asst. Town Manoge)and Jim Sullivan (attorney) to determine if it is in the best interest of the Town to go with current billing and to correct the error via abatement. It was determined to go with the current billing and to correct the error via abatement. 8.
