Call to Order Kathy -- Meeting called to order by (RheinCollins) all in favor; unaminous. 2. Approval of Minutes Motion: To approve the minutes of 9-30-19 meeting. At length discussion follows about changes to the Goals and Objectives Section of the first set of Minutes dated September 30, 2019; Also discussion about recycling contamination and getting it to below 10%; Would like to use a mailer to reach out to residents and facebook Also try and track what day or area of Town has the highest contaminated recycling and then focus on that area possibly; Kathy requested clarification of what the Committee will do and the Committee will make recommendations to the Board of what direction they think would be best direction for the Town; Comments on Goals and Objectives - Comments and recommendations on Goals and Objectives set out in the first set of minutes are discussed by each member.
