Welcome & Call to Order
• Meeting called to order at 7:00pm.
• Minutes accepted from previous meeting and signed by Jeff Ward.
Treasurer's Report
Mike sending Treasurer's Report separately
Fundraisine Subcommittee
• We talked about the importance of driving new funds based on recent financial situation
• Possibly different letters/messages for different audiences
Flower Barrels
• We talked about pro's and cons of raising prices on this Program
• In the end, we've decided not to change pricing structure right now
Parks and Recreation Calendar
• We agreed we would donate/support
East Mansfield Siien/Wall Initiative
• Ana Newall has been an absolute superstar in moving this project forward
• Sign and wall look fantastic
Adopt -A -Spot
• Moving forward, it appears that Girls Scout groups may not be great candidates; due to lack
of continuity
• Possibility of adding business to Program
West Mansfield Sign and Grant
• Todd Richardson cut back growth significantly and cleaned up
• Possible improvements could be funded through Non -Profit Gift Fund
