Said meeting was held at 8:00 P.M. in the Mansfield High School Auditorium, East Street, Mansfield, Massachusetts. There was a quorum present and voting. ARTICLE 1 To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Town Insurance account $100,000 and $35,000 from a undetermined designated ac- count to cover the shortfall in the Health Insurance Benefits ac- count for FY1993, or take any action in relation thereto. SPONSOR: Finance Committee ARTICLE 1 - Vote Move that the Town vote to transfer $125,000 from the Town In- surance account and $10,000 from free cash to cover the shortfall in the Health Insurance Benefits account for FY1993. ARTICLE 4 To see if the Town will authorize the transfer of $219,362 from an account established by a Special Town Meeting vote on October 16, 1989, for the acquisition of a parcel of land located at the southeasterly corner of North Main Street and Pleasant Street, immediately adjacent to the Main station of the Fire Department, to the Town account established pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 44, section 63 for the proceeds from the sale of Town owned property, or take any action in relation thereto. ARTICLE 7 To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen, pursuant to Mas- sachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section 15 to abandon, for nominal consideration, the eminent domain taking for construction of sidewalks and installation of underground electrical transmis- sion and distribution facilities in the Cabot Industrial Park, which was approved by the Town Meeting on April 13, 1992, and set forth in an Order of Taking, adopted by the Selectmen on July 1, 1992, and recorded with the Bristol County Northern District Registry of Deeds on July 10, 1992, in Book 5139, Page 168, or to take any action in relation thereto.
